This policy explains what NovaroPay (“we”) does with the details you give us on this website. It covers the website only; merchants who work with us get a separate agreement that covers their data and their customers’ data.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name and work email;
• if you give them, your company, Telegram username, industry and message;
• the time of your request.

To stop abuse, we count requests per IP address for ten minutes. We do not store the IP address with your request.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request and to talk with you about working together. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the form.
• Upstash stores the requests sent through the form.

Both act on our instructions and keep the data secure.

How long we keep it

We keep a request while we are in touch with you, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact. If we start working together, our agreement sets how long we keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form with the same email address, and we will act on it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
